FUNdamental FITness at Play: CLE

Play: CLE brings fun + fitness together like no other facility around because our activities create an invigorating full-body workout that will leave you wanting more. Our mix of equipment will have you working on your endurance, speed, agility, strength and balance in an engaging environment where everyone is welcome.

Whether you are a weekend warrior or ninja warrior, Play: CLE has something for you!

KEY DETAILS

  • All participants must have a completed waiver on file before classes begin
  • Classes are led by trained Play: CLE staff and will include use of the aerial ropes course, climbing walls, ninja courses, parkour course, our new obstacle rig and more!
  • Classes will be 50 minutes each session
    • Personal and group training sessions will be 30 or 50 minutes per session
  • Registration for classes is limited. If a class is filled, you can join the waitlist by calling or emailing us at [email protected]
  • No refunds are available for classes; however, store credit can be applied if cancelled before the first session
  • Class passes expire 6 months after purchase
  • Drop-in classes are available for $15

Learn About Our Ninja Class

  • This class focus on learning new and exciting skills, while increasing your overall ground speed and decreasing obstacle course times
  • These 50-minute sessions are designed to be a fun, full body workout to help burn fat and build muscle
  • By utilizing the equipment at our facility, you can fulfill a better sense of balance and spatial awareness
  • We want to focus on basic foot and floor skills, including (but not limited to) starting, stopping, then changing direction, while gaining strength and enhancing your ninja abilities
    • Open to all skill levels!
    • Limited class sizes
    • Personal training upon request

Monday - Friday

  • 4:00 pm: Youth 6-13
  • 5:00 pm: Youth 6-13
  • 6:00 pm: Adult 14+
  • 7:00 pm: Adult 14+

Saturday

  • 8:00 am: Adult 14+
  • 9:00 am: Youth 6-13

Join Us For One of Our Krazy Fit Classes!

JumpFit

JumpFit is a 40-minute cardio class in the Kangaroo Jump Boots. The boots were designed by an orthopedic surgeon to take the stress off your joints. Each boot weighs about 3lbs to add an extra element to your workout.

BungeeFit

BungeeFit is a 20-minute class in the AstroDurance Bungee System. This is a full body workout that is designed to raise the oxygen levels in your lymphatic system. This anti-gravity exercise is perfect for any and all fitness levels, including beginners, intense athletic training and rehabilitation through physical therapy.
